                                Order Confirmation & Production Process

Before production begins, we’ll confirm your design and order details with you. Please review everything thoroughly and notify us immediately if any changes are needed.

If we don’t hear back in time, your order may move forward as confirmed. Once in production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

                                           Cancellations & Custom Orders

All of our signs are custom-made to order. As such, we do not accept returns for custom products.

You may request a cancellation only if your order has not yet entered production.
To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@boltsign.com. Once production has started, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

                                                     Damaged Deliveries

If your sign arrives damaged:

  1. Notify both Bolt Sign and the delivery carrier within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Send clear photo or video evidence of the damage (including packaging) to help us assess the issue.

⚠️ Claims made after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for a replacement or resolution.

                                                      Warranty & Repairs

Every custom sign from Bolt Sign is covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

If a defect or issue arises during that period:

  • Email us at info@boltsign.com with photos or videos showing the problem.
  • We’ll provide a suitable solution—either shipping a replacement part or offering another resolution—free of charge.

                                                        Shipping Issues

We take care to ensure your order is shipped correctly and on time.
If your order shows as “delivered” by the shipping carrier but is missing:

  • Contact us immediately at info@boltsign.com.
  • We’ll coordinate with the carrier to investigate and support you throughout the process.

While we cannot guarantee compensation for deliveries marked as “delivered,” we’ll do everything we can to help.

                                                 Color & Material Variations

Please note:

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our signs, slight variations in color, finish, texture, or size may occur.
  • These variations may also result from individual screen settings or printer calibration.

By placing an order with Bolt Sign, you acknowledge and accept these minor differences as part of the custom process.

                                              Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery

We encourage you to inspect your sign as soon as it arrives.
If you find defects, damage, incorrect items, or missing parts, report them within 48 hours.

Send a description and supporting images to info@boltsign.com so we can review and respond quickly.
Reports made after 48 hours may be considered final and not eligible for claims.
